One of the key concepts of Bioteams is that they have a biological view of the nature of their boundaries based around the semi-porous membrane concept.

This provides them with boundaries which are open enough to take in the energy of new ideas but closed enough to keep out the poisons, pests and parasites of those not fully committed to the goals of the joint endeavour!
