3G mobile phone users not browsing internet
For the mobile industry, waiting for people to use the net via their phone has been like waiting for a bus that never comes. That’s according to Dan Simmons reporting for BBC Click Online (15 Sept 2006).

Even though huge number of mobile phones can access the internet, apart from Japan and Korea, only 10% of their users actually use these handsets to go online.
The slow take-up has been blamed on the restrictions placed on net access, confusion over cost, awkward page layouts, slow browsing speeds and clunky 3G handsets.
