There was another incident on the east coast where an employee sued the company for using Water-boarding as a means of team building. Yes water-boarding.

I think a lot of this kind of "team-building" is more about stroking the egos of control-freak managers/leaders than doing anything for teams.
Shame on any consultant or facilitator who goes along with it!
