What teams can learn from bees

First they swarm immensely quickly when put under threat - the terrifying 'black cloud'.
Secondly their sense of smell is about a million times better than ours.
Now just imagine how good your team would be if it could spot potential threats or opportunities earlier and swarm to address them quicker.
Not a million times better but just 2 or 3 times!
