Virtual Enterprise Networks presentation to National Quality Congress
I presented "Virtual Enterprise Networks - A proven network partnering model for SMEs" at the 14th National Quality Conference in Istanbul, Turkey on Thursday November 17, 2005.
In the presentation I start by introducing the VEN (Virtual Enterprise Network) concept and business rationale.
I then reference a number of international VEN examples and show how to calculate the potential business case for a specific VEN on a quantitative basis.
I then develop 10 key building blocks which experıence has shown must be put in place for a VEN to suceed, illustrating each using two VEN case studies - one in Environmental Technology and the other in Information Technology/Digital Media.
