I am a member of a Training Services organization at a high tech company. As an instructional designer, I "colloborate" with instructors, contractors, and cross-functional teams on course development, design, and implementation, etc. I am very interested in working with you on your Collaboration Research Project.

I am a Masters graduate with User System Interaction design as major. Currently, as a research candidate (PhD), I am working on conceptualizing a framework and designing a user-interface for a Collaborative Design and Decision Support System aiming at collaborative design/problem-solving/problem-diagnosing tasks/meetings.
I will be interested to work on a good collaborative system conception and further developemnt. My skills lie in User Centered Design Process, Technology innovation, UI/Interaction design, Usability, Multi-media, and Graphic design.
