A virtual meeting checklist
Rules and manners for effective virtual meetings
Digging through some of the archives I spotted an interesting short article by Loretta Prencipe, in ITWorld.com, way back in April 2001 entitled “Do you know the rules and manners of an effective virtual meeting”
Loretta proposes ten rules for chairing a virtual meeting and seven rules for being an effective virtual meeting participant.
The rules feel more geared towards audio meetings (well they would be back in the old days when this was written) however they are very useful checklist and well worth a read.
